Rene VA Services provides professional virtual assistant services to clients, including but not limited to email and calendar management, document formatting, customer support, social media assistance, and administrative support. The scope of services for each engagement will be agreed upon between the client and Rene VA Services prior to commencement.
3. Digital Products
We offer downloadable digital products for purchase through our website. All digital products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, access to the digital product will be made available to you via download link or email. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct and accessible.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment gateway. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any change will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely and accurate information, access, and materials required for the provision of virtual assistant services. Delays caused by a lack of client input may affect agreed deadlines. Clients are responsible for the confidentiality and security of any login credentials or sensitive information shared with Rene VA Services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, digital products, templates, and materials created by Rene VA Services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Digital products are licensed for your personal or business use and may not be resold, redistributed, or reproduced without express written permission.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information to third parties, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rene VA Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law
